Lynne Serpe is a long-time election reform advocate who has worked for FairVote, the New America Foundation, the New Zealand Parliament specializing in preferential and proportional voting systems and as an independent election administrator for MK Elections, TrueBallot and Election Trust.  She served as the 2004 Ohio Recount Manager and 2016 Deputy Recount Manager in MI, WI and PA.
