Corporate Censorship, Military Research, and Academic Freedom
Increasingly the classroom is becoming an extension of the corporate domination of U.S. culture. Whether in K-12 or Colleges and Universities, faculty and students are seeing their studies and activities taken over by corporate—and not public—interests. In this panel, you will hear from many perspectives how this is happening and what they’re doing to fight it, from the military industrial complex to corporately funded university research and everything in between.
