Local Laws that Directly Challenge Corporate Rule

The session will explore the strategy of us using “municipal civil disobedience” to challenge corporate rights. Communities across the country have enacted legislation that asserts community rights over corporate rights. We will share these stories and discuss the impacts of these actions.
