Alberto Saldamando
Mr. Saldamando (Chicano/Zapoteca) is General Counsel for the International Indian Treaty Council (IITC), responsible for IITC's international human rights work and training. Active in all UN fora of concern to Indigenous Peoples internationally, Mr. Saldamando was also a very active participant in the Human Rights Commission Working Group on the Declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples.
