In this participatory workshop, we will take on the question of how to build a democracy campaign, complete with democratic goals, demands, and methods, in pretty much any institution or situation. We'll discuss challenges specific to particular campaigns, and we'll talk about how to link up democratic insurgencies in different sectors. This session is informed by Manski's 25 years of theory and practice around "building a democracy movement in the U.S.A." Your reflections and ideas will be much appreciated.
