Statewide recounts provide a unique opportunity to learn about our voting systems and procedures, and to make special requests for voting information from elections officials.  In addition to sharing lessons learned from seven statewide recounts panelists will discuss the impact on state laws, how to run successful citizen observations and the important role that advocates can play.
