Representative Richard Nolan is a member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party who has been the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 8th congressional district since 2013 and previously served as the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 6th congressional district from 1975 to 1981. Nolan is the champion of HJR48, the We the People Amendment, which would make clear that constitutional rights are for solely for humans (not corporations) and that money is not free speech.
