Robert (Bob) Fitrakis has been the Editor of the Columbus Free Press since 1992, gaining national attention with Senior Editor Harvey Wasserman by uncovering the details of Ohio’s stolen presidential election in 2004. They won a Project Censored award in 2005. Fitrakis co-wrote How the GOP Stole America’s 2004 Election & Is Rigging 2008, What Happened in Ohio? A Documentary Record of Theft and Fraud in the 2004 Election, and As Goes Ohio: Election Theft Since 2004. Bob has run for office as a Green Party endorsed candidate and serves as co-Chair of the Ohio Green Party with Anita Rios. He has a Ph.D in political science from Wayne State University and a J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
