Victor Tiffany is a political revolutionary: He has an MA in the Social Sciences from Binghamton University. He was active in the nuclear freeze campaign in the 1980s, and after the Citizens United v FEC decision he became active in the movement to amend the Constitution to overturn that and all related decisions. He has taken a leave of absence from his role as the senior columnist for The Amendment Gazette for the duration of this campaign. He writes for the Syracuse Progressive Examiner. While studying the illegitimate Supreme Court decisions that granted the rights of individuals to associations and established the doctrine that money spent on electioneering is protected by the First Amendment, he became aware of how far from the Framers’ vision the United States has become. Victor will self-publish Bernie or Bust: Pioneers of Electoral Revolt later this year.
