Democracy Convention

Democracy is coming... to the U.S.A.

Inclusive Financing is a tool that eliminates the significant financial barriers to participating in energy efficiency and clean energy that currently exist in most every state including MN. Renters and homeowners alike who live in drafty housing can access energy and money saving energy efficiency improvements without the need for: upfront money, personal debt, a separate bill to manage or or good credit.  By removing these barriers, inclusive financing promotes clean energy democracy.

Elizabeth Dickinson is an activist, life coach and presenter, and Clean Water Action and Community Power MN board member. She is currently running for Mayor of St. Paul on a platform that includes energy and environment as one of her top priorities.

Timothy Denherder-Thomas is an activist, Community Power MN board member, and general manager of Cooperative Energy Futures which uses the power of community to create economic opportunity through energy efficiency.  He also founded Grand Aspirations, which supports youth innovator teams in 16 cities to create green economic opportunity through innovative energy efficiency, green industry, sustainable food, transit access, and clean energy solutions.
